Guidance: Transcripts

diplomaFrom Ms. Bassey, the Guidance Counsellor:
This is a reminder to all students that summer school does not issue transcripts nor extra report documents.  Any student who requires a transcript must:
  • fill out a transcript request form and
  • send it to the transcript office at 140 Borough drive in Scarbourough **There is a fee of $22.00 per copy.
The request form can be picked up from the office( room 103) from now until Wednesday, July, 23, – 3:00PM.  See Guidance for more information.

Ms. Bassey, our Guidance Counsellor, would like to remind you that this Friday, July 19th at 2pm,  is the final time to drop a course (also known as FULL DISCLOSURE) as it says on our student calendar.  Any students enrolled in a course after this date will have their mark recorded on their transcripts.

Make an appointment with Ms. Bassey if you are unsure about your status in a course.
